“The bagel place” as my family calls it is a classic in our household. I have many memories of riding on our bikes to get bagel sandwiches (what they’re famous for) on many spring weekends. It is only slightly different from when I was a child in that they now offer a menu at each table. This particular time, I ordered a bacon cheddar omelet with their new “bagel chips.” Everything is diner-styled, so cheap, and definitely worth it. That the best bagels are made in NYC is a myth, they’re made here.
