Julian and I went out for a date night (which means we treat ourselves to an expensive restaurant) and decided to try this tapas restaurant. We went a little crazy and ordered way too much food. We ordered six tapas, in order from best to worst: Herbed Goat Cheese and Mushrooms in Balsamic Reduction, Chorizo with Sweet and Sour Figs in Balsamic-Sherry Glaze, Potato Tortilla with Chive Crème Fraiche, Papas Bravas in Spicy Tomato Sauce and Herb Aioli, Jicama-Cucumber Salad with Lime, Cayenne, and Sea Salt, and Spinach-Chickpea Casserole with Cumin & Garlic Confit. We also ordered the “Charcuteria,” which is a cheese and/or meat platter with: Idiazabal (Raw Sheep’s Milk, Hard, from the Basque Country) and San Simon (Birchwood Smoked Cow’s Milk, from Galicia) and the Jamon Serrano (Dry-cured Spanish Ham). It was a wonderful feast, but only go here if you’re looking to spend a lot!

I thought it was really good. We were there on the later side of the evening, so the waitstaff only had us to take care of. While it was nice to be paid attention to, they were almost to the point of hovering.
Great sangria here as well! Lovetwodrink…?
You should make that your blog!
My experience is that they are always attentive regardless of the time of day. Try the crepe dessert (can’t remember the name of it however).
