About Me

My Fiance, Julian and I love exploring a new city or country through it’s food. It’s a great way to throw yourself into a culture. I keep up with my website, while we travel, and Julian has a blog of his own where he tells the tales of our adventures: nowwhataretheydoing.com. We both grew up in the Catskills (New York state), and fate brought us together 2+ years ago. Within this time, we have explored India, Mexico, Germany, Thailand, Vietnam, most of the U.S. Northeast (Vermont is our favorite), the U.S. south (we fell in love with Charleston), Toronto and Quebec City. Really, you should just click on this map for the most comprehensive list. Together, we share a passion for traveling, cooking, modern architecture, and most of all, good food.

It’s interesting to see some one that just go out to eat, creating anger on other people that might want to try something different, and end up not doing it, just because they read this blog. (And i am writing this because you were wrong in a bunch of restaurants regarding other people comments. So who can you believe )
It look’s like you have just been a costumer in a restaurant and never a owner. The way you take down some restaurants it damage reputation that some business have try to keep.
All i have to recommend you, is Don’t talk bad about business bad just because you have a different pallet that other people.
The damage you make takes out dreams of some of this people to bring something nice to costumers tables.
I also have not read in this blog nothing about you going to the owner or manager to complain or talk about your disappointment on the dishes. It looks like you have a problem.
And as the end, so you don’t get bored about this, If you think is so easy to have a restaurant, have one and then find people like you giving shitty reviews to it.
that’s it have a nice life.

I am so sorry that you didn’t like the reviews I gave some restaurants. If you are the owner of one of such restaurants, you can email me in private (nina@lovetwoeat.com) and I am willing to try it again. As anyone with a food blog, I am simply one person stating my own opinion. I know that many people have different pallets, but I think I am very open to different foods. As any of my readers know, I take service very seriously in my reviews and know how much it can color an experience.
