In Stowe, we stayed in the same hotel as last time, which I must say I really love. I normally don’t review hotels on here, but I feel like I just must rave about this one. It’s a great value, and by the looks of things (we checked out another hotel of the same price) is the best around. It has both an indoor and outdoor swimming pool and the cutest “waiting room/living room” that is perfect for relaxing by the fire during the winter. They also have free coffee and cookies every night. It’s the perfect combination of small B&B atmosphere and care, and hotel comforts. While in Stowe, we of course had to go to Blue Donkey again. We both don’t watch TV, so it was a real treat to grab burgers and veg out together. Julian had a veggie burger, which we both agreed is the best we’ve ever had.
