We found a cupcakerie, and I have already gone through my “cupcake-obsessed” phase of my life, so I was not really expecting to want one. But I still love to look at cute cupcakes, and the logo for Bettie’s was so adorable, that I thought it might be fun to go inside. They recently moved locations, so their old location in the mall, just looks like this:
I wonder if they really do bake in there or if it’s just a set up. Either way, it’s pretty cute. We finally found their new location (right on the main street), and the interior was to die for: with 50′s style diner furniture, baby blue and pink everything, and their logo on the wall. The cupcakes looked great, and since they had mini ones, we decided to try one (we only had a few bucks in cash left at this point). It was truly one of the best cupcakes I’ve ever tasted. Maybe THE best. It was so soft and creamy.
