My boyfriendand I went to Pizza and Pasta and I ordered the butternut squash lasagna ($16) and he ordered a pizza ($18). The pizza came out with one piece of basil and cheese very carelessly placed. Though it was good, it was not worth $18. My lasagna was completely cold. Also, the service was the absolute worst I’ve had. Clearly the management of this restaurant is very poor. I do not recommend it here, nor would I go again. There are far better places in New York.
But, Eataly is a pretty cool place to visit. It is like a fancy version of Fairways or Zabars. I had a sampling of the ricotta and spinach ravioli and it was delicious. They make their bread, pasta, and mozzarella on the premises (to be seen).
